Question of neat-ness :D

What kind of homes are you looking to download?

Would you prefer....

1) A house on a big or small plot? (If so what size)
2) A small starter home or a mansion
3) A modern or traditional home?

Also

4) How much furnishing should the lot have? Do you prefer a place which is fully furnished, part furnished, or non-furnished?

5) How many bedrooms and bathrooms are needed?

6) Is the price of the house important? If so what kind of price range do you tend to look at?

7) Finally, would you ignore a lot if it had too much custom content?

I will be extremely happy if you could fill out some, if not all of the questions

Thanks!
MrPutter

1) Small plot (anything up to 2x3 is fine, smaller is better)
2) Small starter home or family home
3) Modern home
4) Fully furnished, if possible.
5) 1-3 bedrooms; 1 bathroom per bedroom plus powder room or guest bath.
6) I rarely consider anything which is over $100,000. $50,000 or under is better.
7) Yes, I regularly skip lots with too much custom content.

1) I have LotAdjuster, so it doesn`t matter to me.
2) I`ve downloaded a lot of starter lots, which my families move out of when they can afford a bigger house, so I suppose I don`t need more starter lots, though of course they are still welcome. I don`t have any families that are ready for anything *very* expensive, though, so a variety of mid-range lots are currently most attractive to me.
3) Variety.
4) Minimal, as my Sims take all of their furnishings with them when they move out. If they didn`t, they`d just get sold anyway, and if they`re moving into a previously-occupied house, they`re going to need them. I have to admit, though, that when threads had both furnished and unfurnished versions available, I`ve downloaded both.
5) Two-to-four and one-to-three, respectively. Again, variety. On the other hand, I have no use for a tiny house with three full bathrooms but only one bedroom.
6) I like a variety of prices, so my Sims have a variety of houses available at whatever price-range they happen to be able to afford.
7) ***DEFINITELY*** yes!
