I've been wanting to make some more objects for uptownchic.org, but I just can't think of anything! lol
I made some clothes, but I'm not sure if I like them, there's so much similar stuff out there, and I borrowed some of fansee's textures, so it's not like they're remotely unique.
Here:

Whatcha think?
And yeah, if anyone has any dazzling object ideas (no BHAVs, please!) let me know. I'm in desperate need of inspiration lol
Oh, yeah, and check out escand new teen clothing, here
Yup, here I am, shamelessly pimping my our site. I told you it was egotistical ^_^

And check out my objects there, while you're at it Just in case, y'know, you spot something and fall in love with it. Wouldn't want you to miss out.
Gah, I fail at blogging.
I sound so damn stupid, right?
Anywho, I'm off.

I'm a musician and animator, and I often find my personal well of inspiration run dry.

Best thing I can advise, is go watch a good movie. Preferably about something you enjoy. Also, try listening to music and cruising around deviantart.com. Something out there is bound to strike you as interesting, and will probably drive future creative efforts.

When it comes to clothes, study history. Look at all the fashions of one decade, for one gender, in one country, in one class. For example : Men's military uniforms in 1880's Russia. Then move on to another, like: Women's casual fashions in 1960's London. Try Google Images, and you'll be surprised by the various fashions we've worn in human history.

So, take bits and pieces of the music you listened to, the film you saw, the art you admired, and the fashions you studied, and combine them all together. The result: Something creative, original, and new.
