Recoloring Attempts.

I fail at them. Miserably lol. After several days of working with the GIMP tutorials, I didn't come up with much. I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong during the photo-skinning tutorial, because I don't end up with the outline of the mesh when I open the project. I dunno though. That's a problem for another day. Maybe photo skinning isn't for me. But this is what I've accomplished so far.
Here's a valuable lesson I've learned though: When you're tired, it's hot, and you have a very low tolerance for heat, doing anything creating-related is among the stupidest things you can do.
Anyways though...Questions? Comments? Snide remarks? I might try to work with this again...we'll see.Personally, I think that the texture would look cute as a kid/toddler dress for the holidays, you know?
