Today, I have to work on setting up annuals for my physical doctors.

Right now, the lines are closed.

But at least I got the idea of what needs to be done.

Great! But some context first: I believe in super creamy ice cream like gelato or whatever; and definitely believe that the super light and airy, low fat kind of stuff is a crime. Because that stuff ususally doesnt taste of anything??? Also if I wanted and ice lolly I'd have gotten one, or just stuck some juice in the freezer. The good news is that there's a bunch of farms in the village near my town and they've started selling their locally made ice cream at a supermarket! Its beautiful and delicious and they actually have all the normal falvours- which means I can eat all the stracciatella ice cream I want!! (Because all the other brands (like 2) have flavourless ice cream)

Currently sat on the outdoor sofa in the little hut in my sun-washed garden. Both kids are snoring in our arms swaddled in towels after spending the afternoon in the paddling pool. Husband and I have our feet up on the tin table we found when we moved in. We have some nice imported Snapple and a chippy tea.

We are lucky, incredibly incredibly lucky to have this moment.

Well, I broke another chatbot.

I should build my own, particularly since I work in such sectors of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math.

I guess I put it through the paces.

PANDAQUEEN 12th May 2023 6:48 PM

Had to return $295 worth of merchandise because I realized I was in too deep.

Gladly, the UPS Store helped me and it was over quick.

I also had Taco Bell for the first time in like months...I was a quart low on Tex Mex run wild.

EDIT: May 13, 2023
Found myself budgeting for next year or so with an app that helped in the middle of the night. It was that or drawing with an unwieldy sketchbook a map.

simmer22 13th May 2023 2:56 PM

Just met my baby niece for the first time - A tiny and very sleepy cutie pie (who'd kept her parents up all night, probably why she slept all through the visit, but it's not like you can predict anything much at the newborn stage, when it's mostly eat, sleep, poop, cry, repeat)

I think my brother is working on making his own football (soccer) team, 'cause this is his #4 and they haven't ruled out more

PANDAQUEEN 14th May 2023 6:59 AM

Received some new bedsheets and a couple dolls in the mail. I did a head\body swap and I now have a doll with color change hair and 22 points of articulation. I'm supposed to receive some combs, a drawing book and the Sonic X Japanese SDBD (Standard Definition Blu-Ray Disc) in the afternoon

Edit 19:10

I received my Sonic X Japanese SDBD collection and my combs. My satin bedsheets are being washed. I received a book on drawing cars and trucks, vehicles in general.

PANDAQUEEN 15th May 2023 9:58 PM

Sunday afternoon, 5/21, I am hosting a junk cleaning service party and potluck lunch for a bunch of family members.

I have my hosting duties cut out for me.

I had a chance to test out my satin bedsheets and I fell asleep better than my last set.

This upcoming week, I need to go through the linen closet and see what bedding I can donate or trash. Same can be said for my clothes. I have a keep, donate or trash pile to sort through in terms of clothes.

Edit: Went through the clothes and I put some in the donate bin and ended up throwing out my favorite (and only) passive-aggressive shirt involving time and crayons because I haven't any for suffering fools. The picture disappeared.

Some of my clothes are chewed up via the wash\dry cycle or the cat kneading in her smurgling motions. Into the trash they go.

I haven't been in a fangirl phase over anyone since 2nd year secondary school. Ever since Tuesday that has changed and I'm getting such a surge of positive emotions by watching Käärijä's videos from the Eurovision. The performance and the song are absolutely brilliant, and he seems like such a sweet person on camera! Also I think I wanna learn Finnish. I love being delusional sometimes.

simmer22 15th May 2023 10:58 PM

Got the cutest picture of lil' "baby grogu" sleeping, and it made my day (gotta love themed baby outfits )

PANDAQUEEN 16th May 2023 10:27 PM

Spent the past 24 hours rubbing nail polish remover on a Barbie doll covered in alcohol ink on and off.

I would rinse in between cleanings as acetone and nail polish remover with it can melt ABS plastic (the entire body was made from this plastic, which is also the main component in the plastic for LEGO parts.)

As for the party...
We got SOLO cups, we got chips, we got soft drinks, this event is BYOB and for BYOB, whatever you bring along, you take home.

Held the little one for the first time

Visited some relatives of little one's mommy. They have cats (long-haired ones). I've got a slight phobia (or at least a very strong "ick") of cat/dog fur. One of their cats got up into the couch, inched even closer to me, then did that "turns head all the way around and looks up at you" kind of thing cats do when they want something (probably cuddles, but ain't getting any from me), which made it inch even closer and it made contact for a brief second with my clothes. Big hairy patch of fur left behind. I swear that cat did it on purpose 😼. Mom had borrowed a dress from me, and that thing was covered in fur. Good thing I had a lint roller... There's dog hair everywhere in my brother's house, so the situation isn't exactly better there. Socks tend to look like they've mopped up the floor of a hairdresser whenever the dog is in shed 😕

Not too fond of cats, but since they generally tend to be a bit calmer than dogs, I don't mind them being around quite as much as dogs (used to have a very strong phobia of dogs, but after my brother got a dog (a small one that's for the most part very calm and well behaved) my phobia has calmed down to the point where I'm okay with certain dogs being around (just not doing any cuddling, scratching, etc.). Still haven't warmed up to big dogs, and likely never will (too many bad experiences with those).

Food and company (besides cats) was pretty good, though. Had some outside activities earlier in the day, and the weather was a bit all over the place (freezing cold, a few raindrops but not enough to get you wet, windy, then suddenly a bit of sunshine).

Noa1500 19th May 2023 3:22 PM

Went to the fancy side of town for the lols with mum and ended up going to several of the nice 2nd hand shops. Got me a very cool jacket (the kind I've wanted for ages but never got cos the prices for the new ones are unreasonable) and it fits me perfectly. Then a few stores later I found an amazing suede jacket that also fit me perfectly but mum said no cos apparently I have more than enough jackets
Clearly mum doesn't get that jackets are just part of my personality
Anyway it turns out it clearly needed a deep clean and taking it to the cleaners would legit be like 3x the price of the jacket, so it was a no from me.
Also ate a muffin for like the first time in months

PANDAQUEEN 22nd May 2023 3:15 AM

The party was a success, but I almost passed out from stress.

Still, I hung in there.

PANDAQUEEN 23rd May 2023 4:18 PM

I received my remaining refund money and bought a copy of dolls for my project of head swapping.

My father calls me "Sydney Phillips" after the antagonist of Sid Phillips from the first Toy Story. I usually take my dolls apart and rearrange the dolls into flexible ones with the heads on different bodies.

According to commentary, Sid wasn't exactly evil, just had a twisted sense of humor and much more imagination and creativity to make the mutant toys, by discovering how to rebuild the toys.

The character was based on a former employee of the same name with a penchant for similar toy modification, writer Andrew Stanton, who blew up a broken GI Joe with an M80 when he was 8 and the late great Joe Ranft, story supervisor who was very destructive with toys that the ones he got for Christmas Day would be destroyed by the time the turkey was ready. He remembers destroying a Tonka truck with a cinder block to see if the guarantee held up (it didn't).

A miracle! The boiler checker dude actually arrived on time. Who'd have thought!

Sure they give you a 3 hour window but ususally you just hope for the best and that they make it during that time frame. Which doesnt always happen of course. Can't they like text or call to be like oops we're late? Also, if I can text the pizza guy to be like yo where my food at, why cant I text boiler man??

On an unreated note is the report smiley holding a microphone or a magnifying glass?

PANDAQUEEN 26th May 2023 10:16 PM

Made the bed, disposed of unwanted meds with coffee grounds and kitty litter, rearranged medicine shelf and the pantry altogether, opened some dolls I put off for months and made sure to eat something, even if it was instant noodles.

Kept busy.

PANDAQUEEN 28th May 2023 10:57 AM

Made my first DoorDash order from Taco Bell.

Fast Food: bad for the heart, good for the soul (unless you have none or sold it.)

...and bought some items.

*A 100cm hair extension
*14 organizational boxes (repeat after me: organization will set me free!)
*Miniature electronic props for my doll photo shoots
*Blank Blu-Rays 25GB per disc, spindle of 50
*A doll for my "Sydney Phillips" experiments

I left some room.

Just reinstalled The Sims 2. Its kind of annoying that i had to sift through 20 minutes of just finding the correct custom content so my game doesnt explode into an unrecognizable mess after like 5 in game days of playing it. Oh and also i am pretty sure i was just on the verge of catching a summer cold, thankfully the odd symptoms went away after a day.

So I finally registered for a fancy schmancy language exam because I have time to sit down and study for one. They advise bringing a dictionary no matter the exam level. Which means its dictionary acquisition time because I don't even own one. Well I do but its older than me and thats inconvenient for exam conditions. But there's one specific dictionary allowed made by one specific company. How very monopolistic of them.

Anyway, I go to the local and superior equivalent of amazon and find the book. Easy peasy, and the price is reasonable for a dictionary I guess? Then I saw the delivery costs. It's not huge but like for the actual price of the item it kind of is, just because my total was €0,01 less than the minimum total for free delivery.

Busy working on dinners for the nights my parents don't have meal kits.

1.) Pizza
2.) Italian
3.) Tex-Mex
4.) Fried Rice
5.) Okinawan fusion (Ever heard of Taco Rice? Like Curry Rice and Omelette Rice, Taco Rice combines a staple crop with a popular food. In this case, it's white rice and it's topped with the filling you typically find in a regular Taco Bell taco (Seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. Sometimes, tomatoes are added)

PANDAQUEEN 5th Jun 2023 11:47 AM

Went shopping for groceries online. Ended up having to buy stuff that either got missed or they ran out. (They tried to give me Coca Cola Zero when I wanted Caffeine free. I was practically screaming and cursing them out in my head for such a lack of competency. I have a caffeine sensitivity and I can only have 100mg of caffeine max a week. How would a zero sugar soda be a proper substitute for a caffeine sensitive person?)

So, I had to write up a list for Walmart. Either way, I'm going to be busy cooking in the coming weeks.

Noa1500 5th Jun 2023 11:57 AM

Got stuck in a forest/ park the other day cos there was a running competition (race?) going through and around the area, so me and a bunch of people were trapped in there for like an hour. Fun times. You'd think they'd have advertised it in the days before but they really didnt (I was there like less than a week ago and there was nothing).

Anyway because of that I never made it to the beach and never got the ice cream mum promised me (which was the whole reason I was with outside in the first place- that place has been doing amazing ice cream for 50 years!!).

Life is finally settling back down to a low roar. My mother has been telling me since March that I'm being tested. Its something...

There has been 6 visits to the ER because of kidney stones or kidney stone 'dust' particles.

3 surgeries for said kidney stones because why do it right the first time.

Over $7,000.00 has been paid out for medical bills and expenses.

Another trip was made to the ER when a varicose vein in Dingus' leg ruptured. That was a gross experience that I hope to never re-live again. Lots and lots of blood, all over the place.

We've since been to a vein doctor. Dingus has had a ultrasound and this issue will be dealt with next week. His new doctor did not spare my feelings about this problem. When I asked if another rupture could happen, without hesitation I was given a strong "Yes!". Blech! That being said, he did tell us what to do should it happen again although we shouldn't need said advice as compression wraps are a thing, Dingus is currently not allowed to lift anything over 8 pounds, he can't do yard work, take really hot showers, ect... All of these things affect his blood pressure which affects the pressure in his leg, blah, blah, blah.

I'm tired.

PANDAQUEEN 10th Jun 2023 5:05 PM

Currently setting up a messy outdoor event with special temporary ink, holi powder, reusable water balloons, water pistols, bubble soap, bubble machine, and slime.

I have a big family and when my grandfather remarried, it got even bigger...

Still, it would be nice to find a place to have space to run around.
