Male bits
Okay okay, gonna sound like a perv, and I am, but that's beside the point,

Anyway so I've modded my game to the point with a lot of the bells and whistles available to the Sims Medieval but I tend to do my best make the game better looking and such, but with the removal of blur filters and such I really dislike the fact that, that well, all my males are Ken dolls, and so have been looking into ways to add what is missing.

Now I myself only have a surface level of modding skill, so yeah what would the best way to
mod "it" hopefully using mods already available to the Sims 3 and such. So yeah fun topic! :D

I think you might have better luck on SexySims (MTS's adult site) but I'm sure any S3 adult mods/meshes could be ported

Grim made a male addition for TSM. It's on SexySims2.

I have got that mod on my TS3 game, mmm, I was thinking of trying it in game to see if it worked. Since the Medieval sims are a different size, thou I wonder if it will be misplaced or not work at all.

Yea as said above, go to sexysims2. Ignore that its called sexysims2. It covers The Sims 2,3, stories and medievil. Its been kinda dead lately though, but dont feel ashamed about using these mods. I like realism, so i use these as well. I dont like how they look like barbie dolls. ive been called a perv by my girlfriend, but personally, they look better with real sexual organs than being perfectly flat. I mean... they can detail their butt and stuff, but not their... you know?

Wow, you all feel like pervs for wanting such a mod. How should I feel for making them?

I'll tell you how I feel. Awesome. To have made something so many people still use. Awesome.

Honestly, I made the meshes because someone (I believe it was DarthKitsune) said it would never be done. Never tell me never.

There's a male and female version of the anatomically correct meshes at SexySims2. Just look for grimreefer24601. They are the only uploads I've made to the site. I won't post a link since "adult" mods are against MTS forum rules, but they are easy to find under grimreefer24601's uploads.

You need to install Vidov's nude clothing.

The link for the male one (the female one is in the same thread, a few posts from the end)

These mods are great! My male heroes finally look more manly It's just that I cannot use the sliders. They appear in the menu, but when I slide back and forth nothing changes. Any idea why is that happening?

Are you using any other sliders? I think like TS3, there's a limit to how many you can use, so although you'll see them all, some won't do anything if you've exceeded the cap.

Ah, yes, I am using those for the Sim height, body lenght etc. (sorry I can't remeber the modder's name). So that might be the problem. I'll remove some of them tonight and see if it does the trick. Thanks ChickieTeeta for being here for all of us
P.S. Since I am supposed to be working right now I'll report later for the result

Well, I deleted all the other sliders I had and still nothing. It's not a big deal actually. I was just wondering why.

Do you have the d3dx9_31 dll installed?
(if you have Grim's core installed and working then you do)

I do. But really it's not a big problem. I was just curious since every other mod I have installed is working fine and I thought that maybe I didn't do something right.

As a last, quick to do, suggestion....deleting the caches might help the sliders kick in.

I love the way you always try to find a solution and I thank you for that. I know this is a stupid question, but where can I find "caches"? I am quite new to this and always worrying not to spoil something.

It's one of Libico Maraja's illustrations. Thought it was appropriate regarding the Medieval theme

You can find the caches folder in your Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval, same place were you made your mods folder.

As for the sliders, are you 100 % certain they are not working? (by everything you said they should be) Get your Sim to take a bath, pause before he gets in, then edit in CAS and play around with sliders, and see if you notice any changes. Sliders are in the face options if I remember correctly.
