I just started playing the Sims again. I made these Sims in CAS, everything looked good, and I placed them into a house and everything still looked alright. I set all my graphics settings to medium, exited the game, and downloaded some more CC, as well as Wonderful Whims, MC Command Center, and MC Woohoo, and came back to my sims looking like they do in the images provided; their eyelashes and hair chunking. I went into CAS and things look normal there. I am wondering if there is a graphics setting I need to change to fix this, or if a mod/CC could have caused this?

Do they still look like this if you set the graphics options to high and reload the game?
