This split level house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a nursery, a library, a work-out room. A nice outside area with a pond, a big livingroom with a large kitchen. And a 2 car garage. It costs just under 223000 simoleans. To build this lot i used the "snapobjectstogrid", "constrainfloorelevation", and the "allow45degreeangle" cheats.
No custom content was used.
