This is my third house.
It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. All for just under 162.000 Simoleans. I used custom content:

Note; if you install this lot with the Clean Installer the Floor Mirror will show up red. Do NOT delete this object. If you do, all objects will become flashing blue. Please read the thread which i linked.

(The sims2pack has been packed with WinRAR due to size reduction, ea 18Mb -> 2,4 Mb (13%). It's a bit big because i wanted to include the Grand Trianon bedroom furniture)
