CATS Face Makeup: Victoria!

Tah-Dah! It's been a while, but I've finally gotten around to submitting another face makup from CATS: Victoria! Yay! School's been a big bother, so sorry it took me so long. Oh well; better late than never.

*Important Note* I got some messages from people who couldn't see my other downloads in their game, so I've included the alpha and bitmap image (in addition to the package file) so you could make a "do-it-yourself" version in bodyshop just in case the package doesn't work.
*UPDATE!!!* I fixed the files on all my downloads so they should work just fine now (With all versions, expansion packs, etc...). Please let me know if there's still a problem!
