This is one lot that I havent seen on web sites and my first upload.
I have seen several special Large Projection screen TV's which gave me the idea for a theater.
I named the file for lot #50 to go into My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\LotCatalog (look there before placing the file in case you have a lot 50)

The first floor includes:
Roped off walk in with pay booth (dont worry, the teller wont take money from ya).
Eating Area with several drink stations and tablet
Bathroom are located in the back behind the screens
Two theaters, 4 double doors for each theater, As in real theaters, the rows get lower as you get closer to the screen.
The second floor includes:
Dance area with DJ booth, chairs and tables
Entertainment area with Pinball, Pooltables, Photobooth and Karaoke.
Belcony Theater for each theater.
