I just saw a bit of Sleepy Hollow on TV and loved the shabby wooden buildings in the village. This is the first of the lots I made, loosely based on what I saw. It's intended for sims of a gloomier persuasion though it could easily be redecorated to suit the more cheerful types. Either way, it's very sim-friendly and easy to play.

It's a 3x3 lot, cost 39000 unfurnished. 2 floors with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Space for driveway.

I'm pretty sure I haven't used anything that didn't come with the original game and there are only 5 recolours included - 2 wooden walls, 1 wood floor, 1 door and 1 window, all by me. Hack free!

This is the first time I've uploaded a lot. Let me know what you think!
