3 Bedroom 2 Bath "Real" Family Home with Deck and Garage

This is my first upload here at ModtheSims2. It is a three bedroom two bath family size home with a dining room, deck and garage. It was made from a real life floorplan and drawings of an actual home. Everything is as close to the actual home as I could get it using only maxis content. The house includes lots of real life details, like storage rooms, closets, linen closets, and a foyer. The lot is landscaped, with lots of room for your own additions. It has a swing set, and a hottub on the rear deck. The house is unfurnished and undecorated inside. The only custom content is the "garage door" wallpaper by Sim Master, which can be downloaded here:<p>

The windows I originally used in this house nearly perfectly matched the ones in the picture, but they were on www.thesimsresource.com so I took them out. If you would like them, search for creator windkeeper, they are easy to find. It is a pay site, so unless they are in free rotation not everyone can get them, which is why I switched. <p>
Also note that the driveway was placed with moveobjects so your car will kind of "jump" to the street but it should work fine.<p>
