3 floors home with a large pool and a garage

this is a 3 floor house that has 2 large bedrooms, each bedroom comes with it's own bathrooms. The Master bedroom is on the 3rd floor which has its own access to the 3rd floor patio or is it a porch, i think it's a called patio in America.

Comes With a large pool with a small pool island, i don't know what to call the pool island, so that's what i called the 4tiles in the middle of the pool where Sims can rest or what not.

Garage accessible through the kitchen as well as on the pathway.
