I love this lot, quite a bit.

It's a 2x2, costing about 100,000 furnished (you could always remove the furniture in lot mode to bring the cost down)

It's a lighthouse, I think that says it all. It's got a slightly bigger footprint than a real lighthouse, and not entirely accurate in structure doe to lack of circular walls or spiral staircases, but I recon it's pretty cool and it looks fantastic in your neighbourhood (the top floor lights up!)

Floorplan is thus:
Basement: nursery, kids bedroom, bathroom.
Ground floor: Kitchen diner and "reception room" (which I have left pretty much unfurnished, could serve as an extra living area). Patio area.
First floor: Master bedroom with ensuite, study and lounge.
2nd floor, the light!: Party room, (could be refurnished as an excellent artist's studio) with disco lights (which is what makes it glow in neighbourhood mode), and balcony.
Also has a garage.
