I've been working on a request for So Black Majic (which annoyingly I just lost through another "what? you had a neighbourhood - don't be silly" episode from my pc). It's basically town houses using Myne doors, and the original was quite upmarket and very detailed *cries*. All the while I kept being reminded of a song we used to sing when I was little, I can only remember the chorus which went:

"there's a pink one, and a blue one, and a green one, and a yellow one, and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same".

So I felt I had to make this! It's a set of 4 town houses made for students, so they are very little, and quite cheap. They cost 12571 to rent, which is about 3200 per student. For this they get their own kitchen, living room, garden, bathroom and single bedroom, fully furnished.

You can place this in your main neighbourhood to buy (if you can come up with a reason for having a household of 4 singles....) and it would cost 57142.

This means my uni residential collection now has properties for 6, 5 or 4 students. More will be coming, for smaller households, although that has just been knocked down the list of priorities by the dissapearing 'hood incident.
