Merman Sim - Rontu Atargaer

Hello Everyone, and welcome to the download thread for my second Merman Sim!

This is Rontu; He is named after the wolf in Island of the Blue Dolphins by Scott O'Dell. In this book, the name is said to mean "Fox Eyes". Not a very fitting name for a merman I suppose, but I couldn't think up much that I liked better. Much has how the natives in Island have 'secret names' that only they know, I gave Rontu the 'secret name' "Atargaer", which means "Divine Sea" in Elvish. Mostly, this was because I could not decide between the two names, and was unsure if Atargaer was too much of an oddity. I'll let you guys be the judge of that.



Rontu is a newly created Sim, and thus has little to no backstory. He does have a mer-toddler in my game, though.
I am proud of Rontu's face sculpt, and how everything blended together; I think that he is my favorite Merman I have created thus far. (Sorry, Caludias!)
I'm still working on creating a Mermaid to keep Rontu company...thus far, I've made two, but niether of them seem quite right for him. I'm going to search for new meshes and try to get a nice female made soon. =D



For those who have never seen a merman sim, I have noticed people ask merman-makers how the sims walk in the game; so before anyone asks, I'll answer. He sort of floats. His fin bends and moves as he hovers above the ground, and the animation is fantastic; bravo to Marvine and Beosboxboy for their meshing skills.

You will need to download the following meshes for Rontu to appear properly in your game:
