In keeping with my "themed restaurants" craze, I built this house for the staff of my Chinese restaurant. This lot was my first attempt at a pagoda-style roof, and thus it is not nearly as good as other creators' pagodas. I think you will enjoy the overall lot, though. Again as I favor small lot sizes the house sits on a smallish lot.

The price of the house is about 86,000 simoleons. The price is only that high, however, because the house is fully furnished and decorated. There isn't much space inside the house, but the neighborhood view is great and the house still has a nice feel to it.

I made this lot to house the staff of the Chinese restaurant that I made using Penroyaltea's Zen Gardens lot:
