I decided to make another cute starter home to share with everyone here at MTS2 (though I confess I will miss the recent "Mod Your Llama" moniker).
17 Jingle Lane is my favorite starter house of the ones I have created. It is minimally landscaped and fully furnished/decorated with the following rooms and amenities:
bedroom (nightstand, chess table and chairs, bed, desk, chair)
bathroom (mirror, toilet, shower)
living/dining area (bookcase, sofa, TV, telephone, table, chairs, easel, fridge, stove, counter, dishwasher)
I personally favor pastel tones so 17 Jingle Lane features a stunning pastel purple exterior.

Oh, and if anyone has a preference for either zip or rar, let me know. I have found in my own surfing of MTS2 that many people have the software to unpack both rar and zip or only zip, but no one is in a category of only being able to unpack rar and not zip; thus I have been packing my lots in zip files.
