Hello, If you want you can call me Rusty. I can say that I am a noob at this so bare with me. I hope you all like my designs.

This is my first Lot/Home design so I hope to receive feedback in order to improve my skills.

RLD Modern House (2x2)

Lot Description: This is a lot for starters. It's not cheap though. It has very simple details so it's not very expensive. It has white walls outside. Lots of space inside and open spaces for you to arrange it any way u want it.
No customs used! No hacks! Just plain original

Lot Details:
- Price 19.925
- Lot Size: 2x2
- Two stories house.
- Bedrooms: 2 (There is a lot of space, you can make a third room).
- Bathrooms: 3 (only one equiped).
- Patio (empty).
- Split stairs (2 level split).
- Playroom.

Tip: Get a job soon. So you have enough money to buy a bed
