This is my flat, the place where I actually live.


My home is located at the top floor of a 5-storey tower, which in turn is one of the two buildings that form the "Two Towers" residential complex (really, it's called this way... Either the builder was a Tolkien enthusiast, or he was just running short of imagination )

At first, I've built the Sim version of my flat alone, but it looked so strange, placed on the ground, so I decided to re-create the entire building... But obviously I've drawn the correct layout and furnished only my apartment, not the whole building!

Anyway, if you prefer a "lighter" and more manageable lot to play with, you will find attached below the "Flat" version of my home, along with the full "T-Tower" version. Both versions have the same layout, but obviously have a different price The Flat version worths about § 104,000, while the T-Tower version about § 330,000.

The house itself is composed by a large living room, an ample kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The attached lots are both completely hack-free; moreover, I tried to use primarily Maxis objects.
