My newest creation is a fully furnished house centered around a beautifully landscaped courtyard. It features twin covered balconies overlooking the courtyard, an attached garage and a driveway with space for two additional cars, a pool and spa, and a Seasons-ready pond.
Situated on a 5x4 lot, The Courtyard costs $187,631 and comes fully furnished. It has not been playtested.
