This house was requested by Smash.

This house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double-car garage and open-plan living.
It has been built on a 4x5 lot and, fully furnished, costs a total of 122,702 simoleons.

In order for the front portico to be displayed the way it is, I've had to create two 'fake' levels, as you will see in the screenshots. If you wish to expand the house upwards, you will have to avoid building onto those tiles, as the 'walls' are only a quarter of usual size. I had to use the constrainFloorElevation cheat in order to achieve this. Because of that, if you attempt to 'attach' walls to the quarter walls, you will get a message popping up that says you can't do it. It doesn't affect gameplay in any way - only affecting upwards building expansion.
