This lot was requested by Tease69.
Firstly, apologies to Tease - I have been flat out with university and the roof on this house gave me so many difficulties, that it was leave it alone for a while or bulldoze the lot!! As you can see, I chose to leave it for a while.

As requested, this lot is completely unfurnished, however there has been some landscaping done and custom content used to at least paint the walls and carpet the floors.

All custom content has been included and contains:
Interior:
Walls by Lethe_S here on MTS2, extracted maxis walls by LyricLee and rentechd here on MTS2, and Pam's Themes
Floors by Christine, Reflex Sims, Marylou and Numenor here on MTS2, and extracted maxis floors by LyricLee and rentechd here on MTS2
Other items are by tkdjunkie here on MTS2, lilsweetiecori here on MTS2, Patty3428(I'm sorry, but I don't know where exactly I got this creation from!!) and Holzdielen(This is another one that I can't remember exactly where I downloaded this from).

Exterior:
Reflex Sims, Lucas, Simnuts101 here on MTS2, Nengi65 here on MTS2, Bienchen83, Jonesi here on MTS2 and SimFantastic2

All up, this house costs 99,142 simoleons and has been created on a 4x4 lot.

I hope you enjoy this house! Please feel free to modify this house in any way for your own use, however, don't upload this house or your modification to anywhere without my express permission and credit given to myself. I have worked hard on this house.
