This is a city style home. Sort of a rendition of a house I once lived in when I was in Chicago. Unfortunately, the garage is not supposed to be attached to the house and it is supposed to be facing the alley. I tried, anyway...

It is on a 3x3 lot and has 3 beds, 2 baths, and a large open floor plan. The yard is small, I know, but in reality, compared to a real Chicago yard, that is really quite spacious. lol Well, it was late when I did this and I was really tired so I didn't really decorate or furnish. I did include the bare necessities so your sim can survive if you don't refurnish. Price: 64,304
