Okay guys, I decided at 7am this morning that I was going to learn how to recolour Maxis content using SimPE (having never tried before). I downloaded all the software I needed, and thanks to MTS2 and it's many fabulous tutorials, the time currently being 9.20pm, I present my very first recolouring upload!

My inspiration came from the dark blue floral OFB wallpaper. I knew it would look great with light pine, and so started in homecrafter with that!

This set is basically the wallpaper, curtains, bedding and lamp. Everything else in the picture is Maxis made and in game.

I know there is a lot to improve on, but I don't think this is bad for a first attempt!

Please let me know what you think, and creative pointers would be great!
