Okay, I have read some fantastic tutorials on MTS2 the past few days, and decided to give something back to my favorite TS2 Site!

This lot is built on the teeny tiny smallest lot. It has a car port and porch with glass curved roof!

Internally there is the Master bedroom, bathroom and an open plan living/dining area! There is a patio deck to the rear, with immediate access to car port area! The property is minimally furnished as per plan photograph!

With a purchase price of only $14,746, it is a fantastic purchase for any first time buyer!
