2 bedroom, 1 and a half bathroom starter home

This house plan was made to order for SimGoku. It is unfurnished but DOES have the bathroom fixtures, kitchen counters, stove, sink and fridge. I made it as close as possible to the plan submitted by SimGoku.

Since I only used Maxis furniture, I decided not to furnish it so it would stay under 20K.

The only custom part is a wall made by me - porkypine
