I tried to use as little CC as possible, so the colors are not quite what I'd like, but are easily changed. Landscaping has been kept to a minimum, as I'm not particularly great at it, and it's something I feel should accommodate individual tastes. There is plenty of backyard space for a pool or any other amenities you may like. The lower floor is accessible and usable, and since the house is built on walls rather than foundation, it should be easy to modify or wall off should you wish to do so.

All areas of the house are usable, at least by my test sim, including the narrow balconies and the odd little toilet room off the master bath room. The carport is fully functional, even with the column.
