Lot size 4x3

Cost $102,699

A nice medium modern home. Has a 2 car garage, with internal access to house. An open plan lounge, dining and kitchen greet sims to this modern home. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, with the master bedroom having a fireplace and an ensuite. The other bedrooms could be for a girl and a boy! Neutrally painted and carpeted. At the rear of the dining area is a door to the back patio, where sims could have a BBQ etc. A nice family pool and a fully
