This place really does revolve around the pool. It's a nice secure looking little compound.

The ground floor of the main house has a kitchen, large living room, dining room, family area, large garage, bathroom, enclosed porch and small bath in the main area. It also has a large owner's suite with a huge bathroom including a hot tub (placed with a cheat, so not accessible from all sides). The balcony on the second floor overlooks the family room and pool area. Two bedrooms and a small full bath upstairs as well a pool house with it's own private bath. Great for a growing family.

No EP's but I do have the Holiday Edition so there is a slight chance I may have put content in that was specific to that, though I doubt it.
