I have looked and to the best of my knowledge no one has done these...ahem...much beloved characters. Hope you love hating them.

Dudley- fittingly for him, he is pretty dull, I only used my own eye color
as an addition

Petunia - she has my own eye, skin, hair and clothing recolors, top and
bottom

Vernon - I recolored eyebrows, eyes, moustach and hair for him

No need for EP's with these guys. I'll be keeping my eye out for anyone doing overweight guys that work with the base game but for now those of you that have EP's can make these guys look like they are supposed to.

Thanks to everyone who did all the other Harry Potter characters, clothing and objects. It's been fun.
