Here's the third of the Brixham Project, a large (relatively speaking) dorm on a 2x2 lot. It houses 8 students (or 10 if the double beds are used).

There is a separate rar file for the custom walls and floors I made. If you've already downloaded it there's no need to do it again.

The Brixham Project's University is rather in the style of ivy league universities or even St. Andrews, Oxford or Cambridge. Those were my inspiration.

*Update Jul 1 06: Simsbaby, the little sweetheart, recreated the building so that it is available as a pre-OFB download for all you Uni-Nightlifers out there, so enjoy!
