As part of the Brixham Project, I bring you a community lot called Brixham University. I have furnished it to be used as a study area. It's on a 2x2 lot.

I've included a separate wall and floor rar but if you've already downloaded it with my other lot(s) then you don't need to do it again.


The Brixham Project's University is rather in the style of ivy league universities or even St. Andrews, Oxford or Cambridge. Those were my inspiration.
