This is my first upload so please be kind. ^__^

Loosely based on the floorplans of townhouses I found in brochures people keep handing me in malls.

This model is called Azalea. Built on a 2x2 lot, and costs 23,244 simoleons unfurnished. Ground floor has a living room, combination kitchen/dining room, and full bathroon. Second floor has two spacious bedrooms and one full bathroom. Ideal for a family of three to four, if the kids don't mind sharing a room.
