Yet another of the "Stuff I Picked Up From The Mall" houses.

Built on a 2x2 lot, and costs 24,127 simoleons, unfurnished. Well, it's not really unfurnished-unfurnished, 'coz I forgot to take out the table while I was measuring the dining area. Don't worry though, it's a Maxis table. I also make sure that the stuff I use are Maxis originals. The only custom content you need is roddyaleixo's invisible driveway, found in this thread:

(but then again, I think almost anyone with Nightlife has this recolor, correct?)

Ground floor is one big area, but marked through the flooring where the kitchen, dining, and living are by default, plus one full bath. Second floor has one master bedroom, two smaller but very spacious bedrooms, an one full bath. The one marked "Bedroom 2" can be split so that a walk-in closet can be built, since it's a bit long.
