This is by far- one of my favorite houses I've built. It's called the Lake Side Drive and it's $33,563. The house is two stories tall. It features a kitchen cut off and a large living space on the first floor, a huge deck overlooking the pool connected to the first floor, and has one upstairs room, with 3x3 bathroom on the top floor. It has a driveway, a pool, a walk way leading to the pool, and a pond on the northwest side.
