It is a two story house with a undivided first floor living/kitchen. It is a pretty big space. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one full bath, and an upstairs hall where you can put some extra things. One of the bedrooms can be converted into a study if you want. There is a small bit of lawn in the back so you don't have to worry about mowing. xD The house comes with a driveway for your car. $17,685 is the total asking price with $2,315 to spare.
