Ah, just a random mesh I made based on a character of mine. Applies as lipstick, with stitching up one side of the mouth and down the the other. Also has a bit of red around the line of the lips, which I'm debating as to whether or not I want to keep.
Certainly adds to the creepy factor. :P

Anyway, yeah. It's not much, but its something. Lemme know if you like it.
