This is my first attempt at a home under 20,000 and boy was it hard. I'm one who likes to decorate, and with that price limit, there wasn't much I could do. I tried to make it look nice for a starter home. It is set on 3x2 lot and is priced at 18,567. One bedroom with a single full size bed, kitchen/dining room/living room combo,, and a full size bath are included in this furnished home. This house wouldn't be so bad for your single Sims. As with all my houses, no expansions packs are needed and no custom content is included.
