This manor comes on a 4x5 lot and is priced at 220,634. The following is included at that price: 2 sitting/study areas; 2 living rooms; 3 bedrooms with double beds, each containing their own bathroom; nusery; kitchen; dining room; atrium and plenty of space upstairs that can be remodeled to make other rooms.

* note - I did use the 'moveobjects on' cheat on this house in order to put trees and flowers inside the home where the atrium is. I also used this cheat to place hanging plants under the deck.

As with all houses, no EP needed and no cc added.

-I took out the trees in the picture, so you could see what the whole front of the house looks like.
