So what do you get for your money? Alot, and you should at that price.
On the first level of the house there is: an indoor pool; Roman bath (whirpool); 2 living rooms; dining room/kitchen combo; master bedroom with master bath; nusery/playroom (if you don't have any babies or toddlers, room could easily be made into another bedroom); bedroom with double bed; sitting/study area; bedroom and 2 other full bathrooms.
On the top level there is: bedroom with double bed and sitting area; full bathroom and living area.
As with all my houses, no expansions are needed in order to use this house and no cc.
