Please note: I've discovered that the dorm room doors are in backwards. My sincerest apologies, this is the first time I've built a dorm. To fix -- enter the lot in Buy/Build mode and open the cheat window (Ctrl+Shift+C) and type "changelotzoning residential". Grab the 6 doors and flip them around. Open the cheat window again and type "changelotzoning dorm". Save the lot and exit it. This will fix the problem.

This spacious dormitory is all your college-bound teens need to get motivated to go to college.

Lot Info:

Lot Size: Medium

Dorm Rooms: 6 (large enough for double beds)

Bathrooms: 1 male communal; 1 female communal; two 1/2 baths

TV room, disco room, game room, library, study, kitchen/dining, main foyer, upstairs foyer, two roof-top areas with 4 telescopes, and large front entrance deck with two chess tables.
