"The Gregory"- 2x3 lot priced at $225,661

In 1603, Baron Helmut VonBratwurstein built this safekeep for his family during the little known Bavarian Goat Wars. Named after his son, Gregor VonBratwurstein, this home has been remastered for the modern homeowner. It is genuine slice of Old Europe sitting ready for the true renaissance family.

This 3Br/4Ba fortress is home to many original furnishings of the VonBratwurstein family that have been beautifully restored for the modern dweller. The lower level once deemed the "hell of the house" is a dungeon remodeled into a kitchen and dining area with a complete medieval flavor with stone floors and walls. Off the kitchen sits the original servants' quarters that are perfect for the overnight guest or in-laws!

The main level is a slice of pristeen heaven! With a warm fireplace and embracing sitting area, the drawing room is the true focal point of the home. Off the drawing room is a living area complete with modern furnishings. In this aristocratic home, mere bedrooms will not do. Complete with not one but three master suites-child and parent alike will take absolute delight in this European treat.

Replete with fireplaces in almost every room-including the main master suite's bathe- this keep is perfect for the rarefied aristrocrat.
