Retirement got your sim down? Then the Actcherage (pronounced "Act-your-age ) Senior Center is just the place for the geriatric sim in your life! Started in 1976 as a geriatric disco by Dr. Eldon P.Q. Actcherage MD, this senior center has been renovated to accomodate modern times.

The senior center features a full salon for a day of beauty, a gym with exercise programs available to keep your elder sim alive and fresh, a game room for those that wish to participate in spirited games of chess, darts, and video games, a pool area with hot tub, and an entertaining area with stage, karaoke machines, a DJ booth, full bar, and kitchen. With many activities such as gardening classes, aerobic classes, and senior dances the Actcherage Senior Center has all the ammentities an elder sim could want plus more!

On a 5x3 lot, its perfect for owning your own business or enjoying love happen for the widowed elders.
