Hey everybody !

This is the first time I upload something, so do not hesitate to post some critical & constructive comments so that I can improve !

So, here is a little but nice Georgian-looking villa, perfect for a small family with 1 or 2 kids.

Lot size : 3×2.
Price : $92,141 ($45,975 for the unfurnished edition).
UNI, NL & OFB required (I think you needn't PETS 'cause I had built this house before buying & installing this expansion pack even if I prepared & packed the lot with PETS installed).
Custom content : yes (see below).
Hack free & scanned with Clean Installer.

The house has a kitchen, a dining room & a living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom on the second floor.
The master bedroom is small, but it has a kind of mini walk-in closet.
The whole house is furnished & decorated.
There is also an attached garage with its driveway, a fitted out terrace & slightly landscaped gardens (front & rear).
