Hello everybody !

To begin with, I must apologize for deleting my first upload a few weeks ago. I had some problems with my computer, with Internet and with The Sims 2, thus, I preferred doing so.
So, here are the 2 edited versions of my first upload : the unfurnished version and the fully furnished one. Please note that both are not *decorated* inside the house (there is only landscaping decoration).

Villa Moderneo features :
- a small porch,
- a large open floor plan including foyer, sitting room, dining room & kitchen,
- a small corridor which can be used as an office area,
- 2 bedrooms (one of which, the master bedroom, has a small private terrace),
- 1 bathroom including WC,
- lovely terraces & landscaped garden,
- a 1-car garage.

Villa Moderneo is built on a 3×2 lot.
Unfurnished version : 26 059 §.
Fully furnished version : 52 912 §.

No custom content.
