This is a nice large modern home with a great, unique layout.
THe ground floor is the garage, front hall with stairs going up to second floor, kitchen, and large bathroom.
another set of stairs reach from the 1st floor near the kitchen all the way up to the third floor.
The second floor is mostly porch with modern glass railings and black tile for flooring. This area can be used for a bowling alley, arcade, rock band area, bar, and much more. (it's spacious). Also on this level is an enclosed living room with stairs going down to front hall.
The third floor features a long hall, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Also in the house is an elevator making travel a bit easier.
It also has sky lights and many windows!
It's on a 3x5 long lot and costs about $219,410 with furniture, though this version will be unfurnished and much cheaper because I just dont have the time to locate all the creators of the custom content which I used inside.
