I made a few changes which will make the Phone Manipulator take a more aggressive approach in the way it makes or stops the phone from ringing.

What It Does

By clicking on the Phone Manipulator you will be given the following two options:
  • Make Phone Ring - Does just that, makes the phone ring or actually makes all phones ring if you have more than one.
  • Stop Ringing Phone - Stops the phone(s) from ringing.

Appears in the Buy Mode Catalogue under Electronics>Misc. and costs $5.
