This two bedroom one bath vacation home rests on a 3x4 lot at a cost of about $60,000. It features a galley style kitchen and generous dining room which could easily be converted to a large eat in kitchen should that be your preference.

One floor is by me and the siding is by me. Other custom content included is the large maple tree by Grapholina and the recolor is by SimVeggie. And the low poly buyable grass is by Lethe.
