Ok, this is my first lot upload and this took me quite some time. I usually just slap walls down, fill it with stuff and move in. I have wanted to do a lot upload for awhile, so this is it.

It is on a 4x3 lot and costs $41,602.

This family home consists of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has it's own private bath. A patio compliments the top floor for some plain ol' relaxing.

When you enter the house from the front you it take you through the mini-inside porch and to a wholesome space. To the right is the living area and by the stairs is the office/study.

Continue on to the kitchen which sits off to the left along with the downstairs bath. To the right is the dining nook or lounge area if you like.

Finally, to complete this home, carefully placed flowers and driveway adorn the lot.

I hope I did the screenshots good enough. I suck at picture taking!! LOL!

The ONLY custom content are the windows and front door from The Eclectic Expressions Set and you can get them from the wonderful maccarossi here.

Everything else is by Maxis.

I have up to Pets but I made this lot with up to OFB + FFS. I installed Glamour and Pets AFTER I made the lot.

Please tell me what you think. I'd really like to hear both the good and the bad critism.
